The mobile magnetic resonance diagnosis and treatment vehicle deployed in this medical assistance activity is developed by the Precision Medicine Equipment Technology Research Center of the Advanced Research Institute of the University of Science and Technology of China (Fuqing Medical). It has the advantages of high efficiency, speed, and strong mobility, which can achieve long-term stationed at the grassroots level and regular inspections in remote areas. The six sided cavity shielding technology and automatic shock absorption device enable it to maintain normal operation and strong stability in various extreme terrain and weather conditions.

The official start date of the free clinic activity is October 23rd, starting from the Second People's Hospital of Liupanshui City. It has been stationed at several locations, including the Xinyu Community Neighborhood Committee in Xinyao Town, Langdaimen Building, Small Square in Zone A of Low rent Housing in Mugang Town, Luobie Market, and the corner of Yanjiao Town People's Government on Yanjiao New City Avenue. The plan is to complete the magnetic resonance imaging and genetic screening of the target 600 stroke cases in about 20 days.
