The Precision medicine Equipment Technology Research Center of the Advanced Research Institute of China University of Science and Technology is a research platform jointly established by the Biomedical engineering Center of University of Science and Technology of China, the Advanced Technology Research Institute of University of Science and Technology of China and Anhui Fuqing Medical Technology Co., Ltd. in May 2020.
The research center aims at the basic frontier of precision medical technology, major key technologies, industrial applications and other directions, adheres to the policy of "independent innovation, key leap forward, supporting development and leading the future", focuses on integrating the research force, engineering technology and medical resources of the Biomedical engineering Center of USTC and its partner hospitals, and focuses on the development of interventional therapy, advanced magnetic resonance pulse sequence design and implementation The neuroimaging research and clinical application of brain functional diseases, deep learning, and biomedical image processing are multi-dimensional precision medical fields. In the research of major diseases related to human health, we will strengthen original and integrated innovation, accelerate the development of high-end imaging precision medical equipment, and create core competitiveness and industrial advantages.
The Anhui Province Magnetic Resonance Guided Precision Treatment Engineering Laboratory was jointly established by the Precision medicine Equipment Technology Research Center, the University of Science and Technology of China Advanced Technology Research Institute, and the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China. It was approved by the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission in August 2020, and is the first provincial laboratory in the province involved in the research and manufacturing of magnetic resonance instruments and the research of magnetic resonance guided precision treatment solutions.
